It will be in C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server
2006\XSD_Schema\EDI\MicrosoftEdiXSDTemplates.zip

Hi John,

In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006\XSD_Schema\EDI directory, there is a
self-extractor file: MicrosoftEdiXSDTemplates.exe which should includee the
HIPAA schema templates you are looking for.
